Acceptance of students is not based solely on a first come, first served basis. Many other factors such as age and gender groupings play a part in our decisions regarding admission to Creative School.
Current families and WHUMC members have first priority for registration. Registration will then be opened to the community at large. Registration forms are available in the school office or download below:

Health Form
Enrollment is not complete until the following forms are submitted:
- Admission Application and Registration/Supply Fees
- Health and Immunization History with Physician Signature
- Financial Obligation Contract
Dismissal - in the unlikely event that the Creative School programs cannot adequately meet the needs of the child, or if stated polices are abused, the child may be dismissed after a conference between the parent(s) and the Director of the school.
Class placement will be made by the Director with special attention given to the girl/boy ratio, teacher recommendation and date of birth. Please trust that your child’s placement will be given careful consideration.
Arrival and Dismissal times are as follows:
- Preschool 8:50 a.m. - 12:00 noon
- Kindergarten 8:50 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
- Lunch Bunch 12:00 noon - 2:00 p.m.
